Which environmental and/or social characteristics are promoted by this financial product?

In selecting and monitoring the funds that make up the portfolios, the portfolio management team analyses in which way the fund management companies and the investment teams integrate the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) factors in their investment processes.

What is the investment strategy?

The goal is to build portfolios with an ESG risk level below the average risk of the assets categories which compose them.

In the monitoring process, the investments by the funds management companies are assessed in their ESG risks control, as well as the resources applied in monitoring companies and developing ESG risks analysis metrics. Particular attention is dedicated to the way each manager incorporates ESG risks analysis in their investment processes, as well as in how the funds management companies use their shareholding positions as a foundation to get companies to compromise to ESG risks reduction.

What is the assets allocation plan?

The process for selecting funds incorporates ESG risk factors and analysis: approximately 70% of the funds used have a Morningstar sustainability score better than the average of its category.
