Total amount charged to the consumer: 13,429.20€, including dossier commission (300€), installment processing commission (2.75€/month), interest and Stamp duty on credit use (240€) and on commissions.
  • Efficient House - Appliances- Fixed Rate: 6.900%
    10.0% TAEG (annual effective interest rate) and 6.900% TAN (annual nominal rate), with monthly instalments of 151.79€ for a simulation of a 10,000€ loan with an 84-month term. Total amount charged to the consumer: 13,542.60€, including dossier commission (300€), installment processing commission (2.75€/month), interest and Stamp duty on credit use (240€) and on commissions.
  • Efficient House - Renewable energy - Fixed Rate: 4.500%
    5.4% TAEG (annual effective interest rate) and 4.500% TAN (annual nominal rate), with monthly instalments of 139.00€ for a simulation of a 10,000€ loan with an 84-month term. Total amount charged to the Consumer: 11,916.00€, interest and Stamp duty on credit use (240€).
