Prevention is the best way to deal with Covid-19. In addition to the precautions disclosed by the authorities, such as avoiding public places, reduce social interaction and avoid alarmism, Millennium bcp is also totally committed in containing this pandemic. With that purpose, we advise you to go to the branches only in case of an imperative need and, if possible, choose the following alternatives:

To carry out your banking needs (transfers, payment of services or mobile top ups, among other), use the Millennium App, the website or call 91 827 24 24 / 93 522 24 24 / 96 599 24 24 / +351 21 005 24 24 (from Portugal or abroad).


To contact the Bank or your Account Manager, preferably use the digital channels, such as email or phone.

If you still do not have access to the digital channels, get your User Code on the website. To do that, just click on "Register" in the top corner of the main screen, choose "I do not have or forgot the Access Code" and follow the steps to generate new codes.

The Multichannel Code will be necessary to access the website or the App, if you want to login with your private account.


Pay using the MB WAY in your Millennium App. For such, all you have to do is to open the App and, in the login screen, select "Pay MB WAY", point the camera at the QR Code of the retailer’s terminal and complete the operation.


Use your card instead of cash, resorting whenever possible to the option Contactless. All you must do is place the card near the payment terminal, without the need of touching anything.

If you need to deposit or withdraw cash or cheques, use the Millennium Transaction Machines (MTM) available in many of the Branches of Millennium bcp, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
