What to do in case of Emergency?


There are situations where Millennium bcp is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and every day of the year, at:

If you call 707 50 24 24 using the landline you will pay a maximum of 0.10 € per minute; if you choose to call us using a mobile phone, the maximum cost per minute will be of 0.25 €. These charges are subject to VAT.

Emergency Response

For emergency situations, such as:

  • Loss/theft of cards
  • Cheques
  • Identification Documents
  • Access Codes
  • Fraud
  • Phishing

What to do

In these situations, you will get help from one of our Contact Managers. For that purpose, you must press 5 on your phone and afterwards press 1 or 2.

Other entities

Besides being paramount that you contact the Phone Banking of Millennium bcp, we also suggest that you contact other institutions and also the Police.

For your safety you should also report situations involving loss/theft of identification documents to Banco de Portugal.
