New forms of phishing are coming up, on a global scale, that use SMS (text messages) and telephone (voice) instead of emails to try to retrieve your personal and confidential information. These are called smishing and vishing, respectively. Here's an example of smishing:

 

Please be aware that we never request, by any means (including text messages), details linked to our clients' bank accounts nor for the respective access codes.

If you receive a text message stating that you must contact a certain telephone number, do not call that number. It is surely a fraud attempt.
