Accesses deactivated - Fraudulent SMS

We have been alerted that several Clients and non-Clients received e-mail messages
supposedly sent by Millennium bcp with the indication that the accesses are deactivated,
telling the Client to open a link as you can see below:



It represents a case of Phishing wherein when you access the link,
a login page in Mobile Web, but located at another website, appears (for ex:,
requesting afterwards the entering of the User Code and of the Access (Multichannel) Code in full (3+4 positions):



Afterwards it requests the mobile phone number and personal data, as you can see below:



While in the possession of the access codes and the personal data the
cyber-criminal may make frauds, such as request a copy of the SIM card or apply for a loan.

Never open the Millennium bcp website through links of messages (email or SMS).


Please be reminded that...

• Millennium bcp sends e-mail messages:
  • Without links;
  • Without executable files;
  • Without requesting the installation of software;
  • Without requesting personal data, such as the TIN, passwords or mobile phone number.
Millennium bcp's website is accessed using the User Code and three random positions of the Multichannel Code;
Whenever you access your bank accounts through the Millennium bcp website, check if the address starts with (for the Individuals access) and (for the Companies access) and that, at the end of the address bar, a lock is shown, as follows:


Carefully read the contents of the SMS received with Authorization Codes that, apart from the code also contain the data of the transaction. In case you receive an SMS without making a transaction, please contact us immediately.

You should analyse the e-mails you receive before opening them always confirming the source,
the subject and the spelling and, if you remain with doubts, delete the e-mail without opening it;
