Millennium bcp NEVER sends emails with links

We do alert you to an e-mail message supposedly sent by Millennium bcp
requesting access to a link with the subject "Aviso Importante - Reembolso do IVA" " as shown below:

It represents a case of pishing with the objective of capturing access codes,
Authorisation Codes to confirm transactions made in the Customer's assets
and data of banking cards, as per the screens below:

Following cases of phishing, we alert that, by transmitting Authorization Codes received by SMS
or the data of banking cards you are allowing that transactions be made in your account!


Please be reminded that...

Millennium bcp:
  • NEVERrequest the installation/update of software after access;
  • NEVERSEND SMS with links;
  • NEVERSEND email messages with links;
  • NEVERrequest the full Multichannel Code (the 7 digits);
  • NEVERrequest the Client's mobile phone number;
  • NEVERrequest, by phone the authorization codes sent by SMS;
  • NEVERrequests Authorisation Codes for transactions simulation;
The access to Millennium bcp's website is done by entering the User Code and three random positions of the Access Code;
Whenever you access your bank accountsusing Millennium bcp Website,make sure that the address begins with (Individuals access) and (Companies access) and that at the end of the address, a lock is shown, as below:


Always check carefully the contents of the SMS you receive with authorization codes that, apart from the code, contain data of the transaction. In case you receive a SMS without having made a transaction, please contact us immediately.

Analyse the e-mails you receive before opening them, always confirming the source, the subject and the spelling.
If you still have doubts, delete the e-mails without opening them.

Remember: The protection of your assets and of your computer depends on you!
