Millennium bcp NEVER sends emails with links


We do alert you to e-mail messages supposedly sent by Millennium bcp requesting access to
a link with the subject "[Covid19] Mensagem importante sobre o novo padrão DSP2 Millennium"
e "Desativação automática do seu MillenniumBcp" as shown below:






It represents a case of pishing with the objective of capturing access codes and Authorisation Codes
to confirm transactions made in the Customer's assets, as shown below:







Following this case of phishing, we alert that, by identifying the Authorization Codes received by SMS
you are allowing the installation of the App Companies and the execution of transactions in your bank account!

  • NEVER request the installation/update of software after access;
  • NEVER SEND SMS with links;
  • NEVER SEND email messages with links;
  • NEVER request the full Multichannel Code (the 7 digits);
  • NEVER request the Client's mobile phone number;
  • NEVER request, by phone the authorization codes sent by SMS;
  • NEVER requests Authorisation Codes for transactions simulation;
The access to Millennium bcp's website is done by entering the User Code and three random positions of the Access Code;

Always check carefully the contents of the SMS you receive with authorization codes that, apart from the code, contain data of the transaction. In case you receive a SMS without having made a transaction, please contact us immediately.




You should analyse the emails you receive before opening them always confirming the source,
the subject and the spelling and, if you remain with doubts, delete the email without opening it.
