ONE-TIER MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION MODEL
Banco Comercial Português, S.A. has a one-tier management and supervision model, composed of a Board of Directors, which includes an Executive Committee and an Audit Committee composed of only non-executive directors. The Company also has a Remuneration and Welfare Board.
