As the new year gets under way, Millennium bcp has won key national awards in the “Large Banks” and financial app categories. For the fourth consecutive year, the Bank was elected Consumer’s Choice 2024, with a final score of 84.4%.
Added to this distinction is the 2024 Five Stars Award, for Large Banks, with an overall rating of 79%, above its main competitors. Millennium bcp app also won the “Banking Apps” category of the Five Stars Award 2024, with an overall rating of 81.3%, winning this award for the second year in a row.
Millennium's app was also considered Product of the Year 2024 in the financial app category, by Consumer’s Choice. In this evaluation, the Millennium app stands out for its innovation and attractiveness, rising above its competitors on all levels perceived by consumers.

In the case of Consumer’s Choice 2024, Millennium bcp is the #1 bank - among the five large banks in Portugal - in categories such as ease of use of digital channels, the possibility of opening an account online/digitally, less bureaucracy, capacity to respond and in word-of-mouth recommendation.
In the Five Stars Award 2024, Millennium bcp is also the #1 bank, standing out in satisfaction/experience and again in the intention to recommend it to third parties, improving in all parameters compared to the previous edition. In the case of the banking app, in addition to satisfaction and recommendation intention, it is also worth noting that it received the best rating in the innovation category.
Consumer’s Choice is the number one brand evaluation system in Portugal, leading all indexes (awareness, credibility, impartiality and transparency and purchase motivation) among Portuguese consumers, with 90% notoriety.
Launched in 2014, the Five Star Award quickly won over the Portuguese. Since 2016, it has led the award awareness indices in Portugal, with its methodology and the credibility of its evaluations being widely recognized.
